To-Do List for Week of April 12-18

Morning! It's so good to be back and able to post the weekly list.

What's on the agenda for this week? What absolutely has to get done? What would you like to get done that is just for you?

Here's my list:

HAVE TO DO:
[X] Pick up money from treasurer
[X] Meeting at BDE
[X] Meeting at BN
[X] Walmart to print pics
[X] [X] DD preschool
[X] DD tumble
[X] DS soccer practice
[X] DS soccer game
[X] DS music program
[X] House inspection

NEED TO DO:
[X] Vacuum
[X] Laundry
[X] Clean up desk...again
[X] Transplant more seedlings

WANT TO DO:
[ ] Grand opening of Bingo place on post (if DH gets home on time)
[X] Circus (Sunday)
[ ] Get a new book

Good morning, MrsSoup, and all to follow! We have a beautiful new spring week! Yay!!!!

I'll start - and add more when I get organized a bit!!!!!

Monday: 9:00 Breakfast with dh, dd and dgs#3 - delightful!
Begin to sort week's worth of mail
Begin to work on week's worth of laundry - not too bad
Water, water, water garden - everything is still alive - ds#2 watered the new ones
Buy some groceries - done at breakfast
Prioritize bills & pay some
Unpack & clean car - going slowly, bit by bit

Tuesday: Decluttering/cleaning kitchen counters & drawers - boy, it really needed this
Work in garden - my passion
Decluttering/cleaning master bedroom - while watching TV
Telephone (to chat with) relatives & friends - I love this

Wednesday: Decluttering in kitchen - yep
Checkup at 10:00 - yep
Routine Housecleaning; gardening yep
Visit with friends - we really need our friend

Thursday: ANOTHER checkup at 8:30 - went better than I feared
more work in garden - watering
for goodness sake - work on the bills! - did.. a little bit
pick up kids at school, dinner with dd and dgs & school program - very hearetwarming

Friday: more work in garden - planting rose, azalea & clematis
more work on bills - if only my garden was as healthy as my bills!
15 minutes decluttering kitchen - tiny bit by tiny bit
babysit for grandsons in the evening - including baseball practice & pizza

Saturday: 1:00 baseball game - nope - stayed home today, except for a couple of quick errands
lots of decluttering, lots of gardening

Sunday: 3:30 family birthday party -- was very nice
lots more decluttering, lots more gardening
Sunday evening -- rest for new week

Monday-- Dust living room and dining room, call in prescription refills
Tuesday-- Dust Bedrooms, look for fall decor ideas online
Wednesday-- clean kitchen, work on grocery list
Thursday--write letters and such, clean school room, mop kitchen floor
Friday-- clean bathrooms
Saturday-- Dr. Appointment

Here goes... but no days assigned.

Apply for govt exam
Invite SILs to DD's b-day supper on saturday
Decide what's for supper & either make or order out
Wrap DD's gifts
Call hospital & get DD's test results transfered to her doctor.


and of course the usual (on Saturday)
- Laundry
- Vaccuum
- Wash bathroom

Want to:
- continue spring cleaning (walls to wash & woodwork + windows & blinds)
- Work on DD's curtains (panel) & go buy the curtain rod
- Start a new craft

Lots got done today. Lots of laundry. Lots of work outside. Grocery shopping. Lots of small jobs! And -- even a walk around the neighborhood! With plenty of fun breaks on the computer!

It's Sunday - the end of the planning week. LOTS of decluttering got done this week. (In baby steps.) AND -- lots of gardening - in big chunks!

WHY IS IT -- that I KNOW there is lots and lots of gardening to do all summer -- and I am FINE with that.
AND -- I KNOW there is lots and lots of decluttering to do all summer -- and I am NOT fine with that????? I am impatient with the decluttering! I guess...... it is because it is NOT fun for me. I wonder if I can make it fun for me.............
