Tried this cookie recipe...and it was a hit

I thought I'd share the link for this recipe. This is only the 3rd cookie recipe my husband has liked in the 8 years I've made cookies for him.

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal cookies.....we ate the whole batch between us in less than 48 hours. lol.

I used Becel instead of the butter. We try to stick to the trans fat free stuff because there's a lot of heart disease in the family. I'm sure they're great with butter, just letting anyone else who may have this dietary restriction know that the substitute is easily made with a tiny bit of extra flour.

My dh makes the best Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. They go so fast here but he is always busy with work so when he makes them, its rare and such a treat for us.
