Week Eight - Family Spaces

This week I will be working in the rec room downstairs. We don't use it that much, but it will get a good cleaning anyway.

For this room I need to:

- wash walls
- touch up paint
- declutter
- dust
- mop floors
- wash light fixtures
- wipe pictures

I also need to buy Halloween candy and get started on making Christmas cards.

The pictures turned out great. I will be able to pick them up in two weeks.

Oh Lordy ~ I have some catching up to do! Its been a rough couple weeks here. Traveling, family drama and crises with sick relatives, and above all, our dog died. So we have heartbreak going on here. It is a new week though and I hope to catch up with the plan. My house has been neglected and it shows. There are not enough hours in the day. But I know once I do a 1-2 hour fell-swoop on the house that it will make a big impact and I will feel much better in in control.

Man I love this board. Really helps keep my brain organized! Just read over the last few weeks to see where I left off. You all have been doing so great. I just plugged all my to-dos into my iPhone and hope to a good chunk of them knocked off this week.

How is everyone doing so far this week?

I got a lot of work done in the rec room this evening and DS helped!!

We washed the walls, light fixtures, touched up some paint, dusted, vacuumed and mopped the floors.

The basement is now done - very happy about this.

I still need to buy Halloween candy and make some more Christmas cards.

We have most of the Halloween candy put in the gloves. They look so cute. But that's about all I've done this week.

will finish Halloween candy this weekend, and Christmas ornaments for hockey friends (decided to make 4 more). Might prep my cards this weekend... will see!

Well, I had one of those weeks where things just didn't get quite done. I got the Halloween candy and the Halloween costumes organized today. I'll have to work on the other things this week.
