Christmas Boxes are down from the attic. The house is a wreck from Thanksgiving Weekend. I have a sinus infection but just got antibiotics so hopefully my brain will kick back in by tomorrow. Christmas Party at my house is the weekend after next.

Tree will be coming into the living room on Saturday.

Rolling up my sleeves -- much to do to get things on track! Entries. On it!!

Houseworks Checklist

Clean and declutter the entryway.. DONE
Prepare the entryway for guests Make sure there's extra space in the coat closet, and add spare hangers for holiday guests' use. DONE but will be redone a few days before they arrive.

This Week's Holiday Prep Checklist

Send party invitations. Nope they come every year (family) and they know about it... will mention it as always. .
Inspect and inventory decorations. DONE
Shop Black Friday / Cyber-Monday sales. DONE

I need to continue wrapping & decorating and then start the cooking, but we are leaving for a trip for a few days from the 28th to dec 2nd so that'll take up some of my time. Cards are ready to be mailed. Just waiting for the 1st week of December to drop them in the mail.
Still a few gifts to buy and 2 stocking stuffers also.

I am a bit behind, but not doing too badly.

I have decluttered, organized and cleaned the backroom of the house.

I washed the entryway door and walls.

I swept the front steps and landing and put down a new mat by the door.

I got one batch of fudge made and I am decorating this weekend.

I will get my cards ready to be put in the mail later this afternoon.

My cards made it to the mailbox on December 1st - I am very happy about that!!

I celebrated Mel Day and my entire house is decorated.

I have a few more things to get done, but I will add them to next week.
