What's Cooking? 12-28-09

Good evening!

Just wondering what's cooking in your homes tonight....it's cold and snowy here. We're having Beef Patties in Gravy http://catholicmomof2.blogspot.com/2008/04/beef-patties-and-gravy.html, Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Carrots. There will be cookies for dessert tonight, along with some trifle for those interested.

Lisa, these look good! I'll have to try them.

Tonight we're having rice-chicken casserole with cream of mushroom & grated cheese. Cake from costco's (MIL's leftovers).

We had three cheese tortellini in alfredo sauce and fresh french bread broiled with butter and garlic salt. For dessert, chocolate chip and butterscotch pie with whip cream or sugar cookies.

We are having beef and cabbage soup (cabbage rolls in a bowl), cornbread, and dutch butter cake for dessert!
