I knew everyone was wondering what I was fixing for dinner tonight. I didn't want any one's day to be disrupted by not knowing I was fixing....SALAD! Yes, it's true. Salads ideas are endless, unfortunately for my dH. I'm thinking Taco Salad tonight.

Update: dH is now not only fixing his own salad at night but also putting the items away. A major happening in this house. I should have started this decades ago!!!

We're having sloppy joes, potato rounds and a veggie of some sort.

Ham quiche and maybe yellow beens as a side. Dessert: leftover peach cake and leftover blueberry pie.

Probably a frozen pizza because by the time I finish exercising i'm really not going to feel like cooking!

We had meatloaf muffins, boiled potatoes and cucumbers in sour cream. I made extra meatloaf mix to freeze into muffins for another time too.

I love the meatloaf muffin idea.
