That is a GREAT blog. Thanks for posting. DH just walked in from the store and I was hoping he got pork steaks what he went for but....had boneless pork chops. (small town can't always get what you want all the time) Anyway she had the recipe for creamy boneless pork chops so have them in the oven now. I sliced potatoes and a few onions and put on the top.
