Good morning! What's cooking?

The Beef Tortellini Soup I made yesterday in the crockpot was delicious! I'm planning on sharing the recipe on my blog tonight.

Tonight will be take out for us...late day and busy evening.

I'm cooking a small turkey, stuffing and some yams.

DH is on his way to China right now. So the kids and I have a tradition that we order Chinese take out for dinner. So we'll be having: sweet and sour chicken, vegetable fried rice, and vegetable lo-mein.

carol1231- LOVE your tradition! I'm starting to get a hankering for Chinese! Almost got take out last night after voting but decided to be good and not do it!

I'm making my "fall" dinner-

Pork chops
spread a dijon, honey mustard on them- front and back
coat in seasoned bread crumbs (or Shake n Bake)
Pan fry (or bake in oven)
Heat up a can of cranberry sauce
Serve cranberry sauce over the pork chops
SO GOOD!

Also works with boneless chicken breasts or tenders

Sides- Stuffing and corn

Annie~that sounds yummy!

Carol~great tradition! I love Chinese, but my dh and kids do not....so I don't eat it as often as I'd like.
