Wonderful Wednesday Dinners, July 14th

Good day ladies!

What's cooking at your house today? Today will be a grill day. DH is bringing the grill over from the house. We have a front porch here on which we'll store the grill. It will be nice to have a covered area so we can grill comfortably on a rainy day.

Our menu will be Lemon Basil Chicken, Rice Pilaf (dd's request!) and green beans with bacon.

We're having spaghetti and meatballs with corn for a side and garlic bread. The free no dough dinner is tonight but it's really not worth it to drive all that way for a hotdog.

Went to the store at lunch and got some saurkraut.

So, it will be Reubens.

I hope I have 1000 Island Dressing...... I'm pretty sure I do.

Also, got some potatoes to make home made fries.

Annie~your dinner sounds yummy! DH loves ruebens. I don't make them often enough....have to put that on the menu.

Dh had spaghetti with tomato sauce. Me & dd had spaghetti with lemon sauce. Parmesan cheese squares too.

Dinner didn't go as planned...AGAIN...sigh...but we did have the chicken and rice at about 7:30 in the evening which is very late for us.
