I have never lived in a place where grocery stores offered incentives or did things like double coupons. Amazon offers some if I use their credit card and the salon I go to has a punch card. I think either CostCo or Sam’s has something that Dh used.

I don't want 25 GCs to scan at Christmas! So, I'll just stash cash in an envelope.
It is the same here. You cannot buy a GC and load it up which is such a pity. It would be so useful to be able to put 10 or 20 dollars on at a time. I just ticked over to $190 and about 87 points to go for $200. I am hoping that if most of the Christmas shopping is done over the next few months that we can use the money to top up when we move to the farm.

Wow, Amelia! That's great!

We are up to 650$ and a free turkey in rewards. I don’t buy a lot grocery wise but using the store credit card really racks up the points. I can even earn points shopping at the quilt shop :). The free turkey will go to our friends church that does a food pantry. I’ve already ordered Thanksgiving from a favorite restaurant and neither one of us are big fans of turkey. We are planning a early December shopping trip to stock up the pantry and fill up all the vehicles and tractor with gas.

Since I cannot shop at the commissary this year I wonder if I can rack up enough points at the local grocery for a free turkey.

I am at $280 and 239 points to go for another $10. Will decide if I am to leave the points and do a big grocery top up when we move in January.

$300 on my rewards card now. I think I can start using the dollars at the end of November. I will speak with DH and see what his opinion is.

I ended up with $745 in grocery rewards. Husband and I went shopping today. I gave him a list of things to put in his cart. I noticed there was a bunch of extra things when we checked out. He just grinned. I payed $115 for 2 carts of groceries, $24 of that was sales tax. We are very well stocked now.
Didn’t get a few things due to the expiration dates. All the small miracle whip and Hellman's expires in January.
It was fun, just have to put all that stuff away.

Our 2 eating places/bars in town have punch cards.

At Dollar last night when I stopped in for a DG card they had other cards at 15% off. Starbucks I got and Ultra Beauty I saved some. Amazon and Sephora wasn't anything off.

Have 100$ rewards for the grocery store. Husband was shopping with the credit card. We earn points on prescriptions too thankfully. We refilled his Januvia which is crazy expensive.

I am off to a slow start, still have not ticked over another $10 yet this year. It makes a difference when I am not doing as much shopping, trying to eat out of the freezers.

Just ticked over to $350. It will buy what we will need to refill the freezers.
