My son had the weekend off and he started in cleaning his room yesterday! Washed clothes, tried some on, pulled out the ones that need repaired and put them in a stack for me (yipee! not my favorite type of sewing, lol). This a.m. he got up and has went thru his clothes and threw out some and has taken 4 or more bags of stuff out to burn or to trash. Said he is tired of all the stuff and doesn't need it. :):) :)

I have folded the clothes and put away the hanging ones. I have cleaned out the closet where the lotions, toothpaste, bandaids etc are kept and threw some stuff out, have a sack of stuff to give mom if she wants it, went through medicine cabinet and got rid of some expired items (seems I did that not long ago but....) I have stuff on the vanity top sprayed to sit and soak on the dirt for awhile and I'm going to clean underneath the vanity out so towels can be put away. I have gotten about 1 1/2 sacks of trash and have moved a few clothes out.

Better keep moving!

I will start again this week. I have some Christmas decor in a garbage bag that I need to take to the charity shop. I will then start in my bedroom and set a goal of getting 10 things out of there. Time to really start downsizing.

I went through the stationery bins and will donate a bunch of photo paper, address label paper, and legal pads.

Tidied the bathroom drawers. Tossed some old lip sticks and make up. A body spray that I do not like will go into the area where I keep items for the charity bags. It is brand new, I just do not like the scent. A brand new tube of self tanner that I will not use will go to DD. I think I reached my goal of 10 things out of there.

I don't think I have a bag full of stuff in these spaces either, but maybe a Walmart sized bag, I might surprise myself. I love this list of suggestions, thanks for sharing. Yesterday, I reorganized my deep freeze and the freezer drawer in my refrigerator, so I feel like now I have to keep the streak going!

Working in my room and I have thrown out several boxes from items shipped to me for Christmas. Have about 1/2 bag of trash.

My bed is loaded with craft stuff is one section and Christmas items purchased after Christmas. Hope to get it stacked away somewhere. Have 2 empty totes so hoping to get it in there yet tonight.

Put at least 30 jars in the recycling bin. Were to be used for candle holders for DD's wedding but were not needed.
Tossed 6 or so rolls of sticky tape that was very cheap and never stuck well. Old blu tack was tossed along with some old envelopes.
Hoping that DS will help me take 3 bags to the charity shop.
