I don't think I made my reading commitment for 2022. If I did, I can't find it. I'm going to hold to the same as I did last year, one book per month,

Completed
1. Olive, Again! by Elizabeth Strout

Currently reading
The Lincoln Highway, by Amor Towles (a 600 pager!)

This was a good book and I have 5 or 6 new recipes to try. And I learned a few new things. Did you know you can freeze eggs? I didn't but now I know.

17. Fossil Men by Kermit Pattison - a really good book about the search for our earliest "human" ancestor. It not only details the archeology/paleontology involved but also the difficulties operating in Ethiopia and the controversies surrounding each new find.

Winter in Paradise by Elin Hilderbrand.

I picked this up from the charity shop. Unbeknown to me it is Book 1 of a "Paradise" trilogy.
A quick search through the library shows book 2 and 3 are only available as audio books. Will see if I am keen enough to order them or just leave it how it ends.
