Wrapping Parties- 2012

Wrapping Party #2 of 2012 is this Saturday, October 6th!!!!!
Remember, if Saturday doesn't work for you, you can switch it for Sunday or whatever day best fits your schedule.
Is anyone planning any wrapping or planning of wrapping?

Our Thanksgiving this weekend, won't be able to make it... I think last year was during our Thanksgiving too 
Oh thank you for the reminder. I actually do have some gifts to wrap this time. Please remind us again the day before. I just know I will forget.
Lucie- I'm sorry! I think you're right! It's Columbus Day weekend for us in the states- with some having off on Monday. Which I'm sure you have off on Monday as well- but it is for Thanksgiving!!! ~ No wrapping on that important day!
For 2013, I'll pick another date.

I think I'll spend Saturday organizing the gift room. Since the move things were just thrown in there and I have no idea what I have. I also need to find my wrapping paper too. It's down in the basement but I have have no idea where!! I think I have a few things to wrap, too.
Thanks for setting these up, Annie! I put them in my calendar so I know they are coming up and reminders are always helpful.
Will we be opening the chat room? Last time I was in there we had some challenges with other people. I enjoyed the chatting last year!

Wrapping Party today!!!!!!
Even if you don't have anything to wrap, today would be a good time to:
* Gather supplies- see what's needed and get it before the hecticness of the holidays.
* How are your scissors? Do you have a pair you use just for wrapping?
If so, are they sharp? This would be a good time to get them sharpenned.
* If you can't do today, substitue tomorrow, an evening next week, whatever works for you!

I just scheduled a Wrapping Party with some girlfriends for Friday, Dec 14th! I've got 4 confirmed as able to come with a few more maybes.
Still plan to join the MHH Wrap Parties as I can though! When I host a wrapping party I often spend most of my time on hostess duties, helping others, etc. lol
But it is fun! And an excuse to have a girls night!
Great tip on the scissors and tape! I need to make sure I have extra of both for my party for sure - someone always forgets!!!

Wrapping paper & box inventory is in order this weekend! don't know if I'll wrap quite yet - I like wrapping under the Christmas tree.
Another wrapping party is around the bend-
This coming Monday, November 12th!!!!
It will be an extra day off for some.
Like always, can substitute another day if this day doesn't work.
I know for me- I want to get any online ordering done and over with.

Hopefully some people are getting some deals today for Black Friday!
This weekend we have wrapping parties on both Saturday and Sunday!!
If you cannot wrap on Saturday or Sunday, substitute in any day that will work for you.
It doesn't matter what days we wrap as long as we are not pulling an all nighter on Christmas Eve!!!!
