I was feeling the same way after returning from Cincinnati. Monday my brain was everywhere and I had to be out of the house before 9:00 am. Tuesday, I said enough and just did it. No excuses. I am back at it. Once my body remembered how good it felt after the exercise there was no turning back. I have another trip planned for April and I hope to do the exercises while there. May have to go to the basement but I will find a way.It so hard to get back into a routine once something interferes …. I had a bit of a cold and then two weeks later I went down for me time with my dad and step ma. Just got back Tuesday night. I don’t feel like doing my exercise videos …. And it’s been raining yesterday and today so no walking outside. Oh well …. I will find some motivation I suppose. Or not. LOL
I think moving and shaking with the grandkids would burn some calories!!I like the saying 'to rest is to rust' but haven't done a thing with grandkids here all week... ah well... I did 15 minutes this morning.
